FINAL PROJECT

I finally finished my project, most of the filming, editing effects, with music and subtitles. Are close to my desired effect. I am doing this is one of my dreams, all the things in my performance a little strange dream, I finally woke up from a dream. Because I was not able to practice better use software to edit, so I think the latter part of the video editing effects seem not smooth. But this project is still brought me a lot of interesting experiences.

Experiment

I want to show a common thing in life, but in my dreams become very strange. I thought of shoelaces. In the first shot, I said I was ready to go to tie my shoelaces. The second and third shots I shake my feet, and then use the camera cut, spliced ​​into a complete thing happened. I do not need a hand, just by shaking my feet to tie my shoelaces.

Research & Experiment

The movie clips from the film. I very much like the beginning of this movie, looks like a form of animation, but the fact is through real shooting took place in front of the subtitle is shot effect. In my project where I also try to do a beginning.

Light coming from the side. I used red and green paper, looks strong contrast. Then with warm light. I did not use a tripod, I need to control the position of the screen, so the picture looks unstable.

Moving Image : Experiment

This is an experimental video clips, I'm trying to create an incredible feeling when I was in make-up, my eyebrow pencil and brush up on my face fly, then the result is I completed a face of makeup .

What worked ?

The result looks like I expected by editing. When editing when I speed up the playback speed of make-up fragments, and then to a final close-up completed.

What Didn't Work?

Because I need to simulate a magical picture, so we put a transparent wire hanging on makeup pen, my friends to help me in the above mention the makeup pen, but when I confirmed that I can still see the screen carrying a line of makeup pen Although I speed up the playback speed.

What Worked?

The Best thing about out still image was that we try to mimic the action of the movie screen, face， red and green walls

What Didn't Work?

Shooting angle and light. There we could not demonstrate the actor's facial expressions, no feelings of anxiety and suspicion of the kind.

What Next?

 good to try another still image ，I used photoshop modified image colors and exposure.

WEEK 7 : CLASS TASK - CONTINUITY

For this Exercise because I missed shot in a group, so I borrowed a classmate's shooting clip. My job is to finish editing in this video.

What worked?
Good story editing and camera movement when shooting. Each fragment events described very clearly, easy editing later

What Didn't Work?
In terms of music, I was not able to grasp good skills. Then over not good enough when different fragments link.

What Next?
Experimenting more with music in the background

PLAN ABOUT MY PROJECT

I have an idea about my project, I want to make a video about one of my dreams. In a dream inside because it is not the real world, I want to make a video by editing, for example, I can easily pass through the door of my house, or some strange things happen. Next, I think what we need to shoot a lot of clips for final editing. I need to do a lot of searching.

First, I chose the location in my house. Then I need my friends to help me shoot. A plan is, as usual, I woke up from sleep, then I wake up from this moment some strange things happen, but I just do what I normally  doing, but these little things,doesn't like usual . Although I have noticed, but only showed me catch this very strange and not be surprised or weird. At the end of the way when the camera back to when I woke up, I found out that everything is just one of my dreams.

This shot movie used the wide shot. Guy Ben Ner passed this form to show the boundaries of his family life and the outside world.
