In Cristina Otero's series called “Tutti Frutti”, She cleverly combines various fruits with bold makeup colors creating some of the most Beautiful and Creative self portraits. Interestingly, she doesn’t even use any studio lights nor professional camerca for it. Her needs is a natural light coming from the window and Photoshop CS3 Retouching. This series showcases her multiple talents in makeup artistry, modeling, creative direction and photography as well.
I am interested in this series of artworks, my original idea is to use bold makeup myself. I take into consideration the idea of him in my own self-portrait. I decided to try painting on my face or hands painted on soft drink bottles. Like common Coke, Sprite, LP. Currently it is only a preliminary idea of my own.
